Founders Feed (“the service”) is operated by FOUNDERS FEED ENTERPRISE, a business registered in Malaysia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.

Founders Feed is an information exchange terminal: a daily, machine-assisted digest of publicly available technology news, with per-user personalization, a conversational terminal, and user-followed sources. Summaries and “why it matters” lines are generated automatically and may contain errors — verify anything material against the linked original source. Nothing in the service is investment, legal, or professional advice.

You need an account for personalized features. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, cap-evasion, resale of content, or attempts to misuse the underlying AI systems).

Paid plans ($9.99/month or $89.99/year) are billed through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the account page — access continues to the end of the paid period. Plan switches are prorated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; if something went wrong, contact us and we'll make it right where reasonable.

Free and paid tiers carry usage caps (questions per day, followed sources). Caps exist to keep the service sustainable; we may adjust them with notice. Circumventing limits is a breach of these terms.

Headlines and summaries link to and are derived from third-party sources, which retain their rights. Your profile data and follow lists are yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service (e.g. generating your personalized edition). You may not republish the service's output at scale.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue paid features you have paid for, we'll refund the unused portion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
